Three stages
AI does not play the same role at every stage. Here is where it does, and what for.
Scoping
Before a single line is written, we go through what you already have: code, data, existing integrations. Agents read in parallel what would take us two days. You come away with a written scope and real constraints, not a guess.
Building
We build with the agents, not alongside them. They produce, they test, we review everything that comes out. Nothing ships to production without our sign-off, and we are the ones who release it.
Running
Once the project is live, the work continues. When something breaks, an on-call agent prepares the fix, we check it and deploy it. You are not waiting on our availability for things to move.
What AI does not do
This list matters as much as the previous one: it marks where the tooling stops and where our responsibility starts.
It does not talk to you
No agent writes our replies. Conversations, trade-offs and bad news go through us.
It does not ship on its own
No agent is allowed to push to production. The last action is always ours, and it is logged.
It does not choose the architecture
The structural decisions, the ones that are expensive to undo three years later, we make and we own.
It does not write this page
What you are reading here is reviewed and signed. If we sell supervision, the least we can do is apply it to ourselves.
The tools we use
Node and TypeScript on the server, PostgreSQL or MySQL depending on the project, Astro and Vue on the web, PHP when the existing site runs on WordPress. n8n for business automation, Claude Code for the development agents, Coolify and GitHub for deployment. Nothing exotic, nothing another developer could not pick up after us.
What does not change
Few clients at a time. A solution built for your business. A standard that does not stop at delivery. Agents make the work faster, they replace none of those three commitments.
